The work
The work and the opportunity
You’ll work on a varied mix of business immigration cases for clients across different industries, from artists and entrepreneurs to technology professionals and scientists. - Develop case strategy and guide paralegals through case preparation.
- Draft legal briefs and arguments, and review petitions, applications, and supporting evidence before filing.
- Work directly with clients, monitor case progress, and keep matters moving.
- Research complex legal questions as they arise and collaborate with the team on the best approach.
- Learn how the founders assess evidence, identify potential concerns, and build cases, while contributing your own ideas and judgment.
What you can expect
Learn while doing work that matters
You will work with Ekaterina and Elena, two former USCIS officers who now advocate for clients. You will learn their approach through real cases while contributing your own ideas and judgment.

How we work together
You may thrive here if
